All items are custom-made, handmade, and produced upon order placement; therefore, refunds are not offered. Feel free to ask any questions before ordering, and we will gladly assist you.

For your convenience, a size chart has been provided to facilitate your decision making process.

Prices are displayed in GBP and inclusive of all taxes. The prices reflected on the website at the time of purchase will be applied.

Upon completing your order, you will promptly receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details.

Please allow up to 30 business days for the processing of most garments, as they are custom-made. In case of any delivery delays, you will be notified via email with an updated timeline.

We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels during transit. If your parcel goes missing, please notify us promptly so we can help initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
